How do you interpret an ECG systematically? In this course, you will learn a simple and structured approach to ECG, focusing on recognizing both normal findings and common pathological changes.
The course combines theory with practical interpretation exercises, allowing you to practice using the method in real-world scenarios.
What you will learn
- Basic cardiac anatomy and physiology
- The normal ECG
- Systematic ECG interpretation
- Arrhythmias and conduction disorders
- Ischemia and infarction
The goal is for you to be able to recognize a normal ECG and identify the most common pathological ECG changes. You will also gain a systematic method you can use when interpreting ECGs – even when the findings are not entirely obvious.
Practical Information
The course lasts for 2 hours and takes place live on Zoom.
The instruction consists of theory and practical interpretation exercises. You do not need to participate verbally – questions can be asked in the chat during the course.
No course exam.
A unique login link and information on how to use Zoom will be sent by email before the course.
All participants will receive a digital course compendium and a course certificate upon completion of the course.
Recordings are available for two weeks after the course for all registered participants.
